Increasing immunity is very important for your body especially when you are sick. That is why many people take regular vitamin C supplements which are good but you can get that vitamin from vegetables and fruits, and it will work twice as much. To cure a common cold, flu, infections, and even coronavirus, you can add some vegetables to your daily diet to get vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, and antioxidants properly



1) Bell Pepper: You can just add half a piece of bell pepper in your daily diet which will fill the body with 100 percent vitamin C deficiency. It also increases the taste of cooking and very helpful for those who do not want sugar in fruits. So, the best way to cook is stir-frying and roasting.

4) Cauliflower: Cauliflower is also very rich in vitamin C. Eating cauliflower daily will help to meet about 70 percent of the daily requirement of vitamin C. It contains many nutrients like calories, Vitamin k, Vitamin B, Potassium and there is less risk of diseases like heart disease and cancer.

5) Spinach: There are many benefits of spinach. It contains nutrients and antioxidants, flavonoids, carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin E. This green leafy vegetable fills 200 percent of the deficiency of vitamin C. To contain the nutrients you should cook as little as possible or steaming and it may taste bland so add some oil or butter after cooking. You can also drink a smoothie with this vegetable to get quick benefits. 

6) Blueberries: Blueberries contain a flavonoid called anthocyanin which helps to boost the immune system of our body. It helps to avoid common cold and infections. It protects against aging and cancer because it decreases DNA damage. Eating 2.5 ounces daily will help you to boost the immune system. It is very good for your heart as it helps to decrease blood pressure. 

7) Sunflower seeds: Sunflower seeds contain vitamin E, magnesium, and Vitamin-B6 which helps to improve immune function. If someone eats 1 ounce of Sunflower seeds daily the individual will get nearly half of selenium which helps to prevent infections. You can make a very tasty salad with it.
