Chicken Roast

Ingredients

1. 2 Chicken

2. 1 cup onion sliced

3. 1 cup of soybean oil

4. 1 cup of sour yogurt

5. Ghee 1/2 cup

6. Onion paste 1/2 cup

7. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon

8. Garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon

9. 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves

10. 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder

11. Jayatri Gura 1/2 teaspoon

12. Nutmeg Gura 1/2 teaspoon

13. Cardamom paste 1/2 teaspoon

14. Cinnamon paste 1/2 teaspoon

15. 1 tablespoon of poppy seed paste

16. 1/2 teaspoon of saffron

17. Kewra water 2 tablespoons

18. 2 tablespoons of 
pistachio nuts paste

19. 2 tablespoons of pistachio nuts

20 1 teaspoon of sugar

21. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

22. Salt depends on taste


Steps to make Chicken Roast


1. First, cut the chicken into 2 pieces and clean it properly. Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Then fry the chicken into the pan with 1 cup soyabean oil and a little salt and make it look brown. After completing the chicken, put the chicken out of the pan. Then fry the chopped onions in that oil and when completed, put out the fried chopped onions.

2. In that oil add onion paste and cook it for 30 seconds and after that add Ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander paste, black pepper paste, jaggery paste, nutmeg, saffron, poppy seed paste, sour yogurt, pistachio, and salt should be added to the oil and cook it for another 30 seconds. Then add the fried chicken. The heat of the stove will be less. You have to cook for 15 minutes

3. When the chicken is cooked, add lemon juice, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, and kewra water. When the water dries and the oil can be seen on the meat, add fried onion and ghee. Put the Cover and the heat should be low for 20 minutes. 

4. When serving, arrange the chicken in a dish and garnish it with some slices of onion and pistachio.
