Chicken Vegetables Soft Roll
Ingredients of Flour Paste
Flour - 1 cup
Cornflour powder - 2 teaspoon
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Fried cumin seeds --- 1/4 teaspoon
White bell pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Hot Spices powder - 1 teaspoon
How to make Flour Paste
Mix all the ingredients together to make the paste and should be left for 1 hour.
Ingredients of Stuffing
Chicken mince - 1 cup
Raw Papaya crumbs - 1/2 cup
Cowpea crumbs - 1/2 cup
Carrot crumbs - 1/2 cup
Onion crumbs - 1/2 cup
Boiled Noodles - 1/2 cup
Raw chilli crumbs - 2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves crumbs - 2 tablespoons
Mint leaf crumbs - 2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Soybean oil - 3 tablespoons
White Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Testing Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
Flour - 1 tablespoon.
How to make Stuffing
1. Put 2 cups of water in the pot and put it on the stove. When the water boils than the Noodle should be cooked into the water. After 2 minutes the Noodles should be filtered from the water.
2. Put a pan on the stove then add 2 tablespoons of oil and Fry the chicken mince. When the chicken mince is fried add onion crumbs and cook for 30 seconds. Add Raw Papaya crumbs, Cowpea crumbs, Carrot crumbs and Salt with the stuffing.
3. After 1 minute, add the Noodles, raw chilli crumbs, coriander leaves crumbs, testing salt and White Pepper Powder. Finally, Mix flour and milk. After 30 seconds, add mint leaves and take out the pan. The stuffing is cooked.
How to make Chicken Vegetables Soft Roll
1. Put a pan on the stove where the heat of the stove should be less. You have to brush oil on the pan. When the oil is heated take 1 tablespoon of flour Paste and put on the Pan and make it a round shape like round bread and cover the Pan.
