Ingredients


Chicken meat - 1/2 kg

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

Hot spice powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Egg - 1

White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Flour - 2 tablespoons

Soyabean Oil - 250 grams

Steps



1. The meat should be cut into small pieces, washed and well-watered. 

2. Add ginger, garlic, salt, hot spices, soy sauce, lemon juice, eggs, chilies, and flour with the Chicken and should be mixed well together and left for 30 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pan. The heat of the oven will be less. You have to fry the meat in hot oil. You will notice the Chicken will be brown color. That means y
ou have Fried the chicken.
