1 bulb Shallot
7 teaspoons White Sugar

1/2 garlic bulb

Step 1
Wash chicken wings, gently rub salt on chicken skin, and rinse under running water to eliminate odors. Cut at elbow joint or into arbitrarily small pieces.
Step 2
Place chicken wings in a bowl, season with seasoning seeds, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of fish sauce. Marinate for about 15 minutes.

Shredded shallots. Peeled garlic sliced a little, a little to the whole zone. Mix 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper and stir until dissolved.
Step 4
Put oil in a pan, wait until it is hot, then fry the chicken wings in golden for 15-20 minutes. Take out and put on paper absorbent oil. Then put the garlic in a frypan and scoop it out and set it aside.
Step 5
Pour out the oil, leave a little bit, then mince the shallots into the pan, then add the fried chicken and garlic and stir fry together. Then pour the cup of sauce and fry for about 3-4 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Step 6
Scoop the fried chicken wings with fish sauce to the plate, decorate chili or cilantro to look nice!
